该机采用PLC智能控制，马达传动，成型振动加压等工艺，生产质量好、效率高、运行可靠，如另增加一台彩色面料布料机，可生产各种彩面地砖等。
可根据用户不同要求生产各种空心砌块、多孔砖、标准砖、通体砖、隔热砖、连锁砌块、水利护坡砖，轻质陶粒砖、各种公路铁路水泥制品、市政工程园林景观配套制品、建筑废渣利用制品等生产的制品抗压强度高、规格标准、外型美观等优点(本机可另行配置独立式自动降板机)。

If adding a colorful material mechanism,QT4-26 can produce color pavement brick. As long as moulds are changed, it’s available to make hollow brick, multi-hole brick, heat-proof brick, slope protection brick, gra-planting brick, products related to road and railway, concrete items related to city projects and products made of construction slags.etc. .(Independent MD Stacker can be used with QT4-26 forming a simple automatic line.)
